Kinetic Pakistan and its affiliate platform MeraMentor ("the Platform") provide high-impact educational content, mentorship, and community engagement tools. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services.

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or engaging with our mentors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

User Accounts

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the platform. Users under 18 require parental supervision and consent for financial transactions.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

Intellectual Property

All curriculum designs, video lectures, source code, design assets, and proprietary methodologies are the sole property of KINETIC.

cancel No commercial use of downloadable assets.
cancel No reverse-engineering of the LMS platform.
check_circle Personal use of notes and exercises is allowed.

ZERO TOLERANCE

VIOLATION OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT RESULTS IN IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND.

Code of Conduct

HARASSMENT

Any form of bullying, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior towards mentors or fellow students is strictly prohibited.

SPAM

Promoting external services or flooding community channels with non-educational content is not allowed.

PLAGIARISM

Submitting work that is not your own for certification will lead to disqualification.

Payments & Refunds

  • A. All subscription payments are processed securely. Prices are subject to change with 30-day prior notice.
  • B. Refund requests must be filed within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of course content has been accessed.
  • C. Mentorship session cancellations require a 24-hour notice for a reschedule credit.
